I'm a little late in wishing our Rita and Don a Happy 50th Anniversary! So here's a virtual cake and our love and congratulations to both of you.Unlike most couples I know, these two seem perfectly matched and as much in love now as they did when they got married.
And here, in the photo below, they had already been married for more than 10 years! Now great-grandparents, they really haven't changed all that much, and I hope I'm around to celebrate their 75th anniversary, just like we did with our mom and dad.

Thank you all for the good wishes. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at Don's and Regi's; then on our anniversary Debbie drove up from GA to help us celebrate. They surprised us with tickets to the Grand Ole' Opry , at the OLD Ryman Auditorium; on the night of our anniversary. It was the most wonderful gift they could have given us. What a wonderful time we had.
